*** TATTOO BOOKING TERMS OF AGREEMENT *** Please note that I ONLY work within my styles: - Fine Line Chicano Illustrations - Illustrative Black & Grey - Black & Grey Realism - Illustrative Color - Color Realism - Surrealism -Japanese/ American Traditional - Artist Choice *NO COVER UPS OR REWORKS* With that said, please have an open mind with your project. Freedom to create and compose yields the best tattoo possible, and that’s all I want to give my clients. I want to reiterate that I DO NOT copy tattoos, I create original pieces for all my clients. If you like my work on Instagram, then you’ll love what I create for you! DEPOSITS: • To reserve a date and time in my schedule, I require a $250 deposit per day scheduled, THE DEPOSIT IS NON-REFUNDABLE REGARDLESS OF THE AMOUNT OR CIRCUMSTANCES. • A deposit goes towards the overall cost of a single full day session, but that is subject to change if the terms of agreement are not followed. • No appointments will be finalized without a deposit. • Deposits can ONLY be put down via Venmo or Zelle. • Deposits are non-transferrable. The deposit belongs to the person who scheduled the appointment and cannot be transferred to another person. • If you change your initial idea from what was agreed upon when booking, your deposit will be terminated. • If more than 1 re-draw occurs, your deposit will be terminated. • If we terminate out business relationship, deposits remain nonrefundable regardless of any circumstances. • If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require A FULL WEEK NOTICE. If you do not give me at least A FULL WEEK NOTICE, your deposit will be canceled, and you will need to put down another $250 deposit to reschedule. • If you reschedule with enough notice, your deposit is only valid a year from the initial day that deposit was put down. (Ex: a deposit put down January 1st 2024 will expire January 1st 2025. • If you reschedule more than once, your deposit will be canceled, and you will need to put down another $250 deposit in order to reschedule. • If you no show or reschedule an appointment more than twice, our business relationship will be terminated and you will no longer be allowed to schedule an appointment. NO EXCEPTIONS Cash is preferred, but Venmo and Zelle are also accepted. I reserve the right to stop tattoos at safe points and schedule them for continuation session(s) when necessary. Additionally, I film content for various social media platforms, so by proceeding with the booking process, you agree to allow all photo, video, and audio recordings to be used for social media and marketing purposes. If ANY of the terms of agreement are not followed, your appointment will be cancelled, DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE NO EXCEPTIONS.
